From the question to the material experiment.
Scientific and experimental work in 3D printing and digital fabrication is one of AUTOM8's main areas of activity. We are interested in natural materials and the ways digital technologies can expand their use in construction.
We consider material and process together: the geometry of a form, its behaviour during deposition and the potential for automation. Prototypes help us explore these relationships and formulate the next question.
